This was honestly one of the best purchase I've ever made. Within a few days of submitting my order and the photos I wanted, Sam and the Groovy Groomsmen team already had sketches back to me. They worked really hard to accommodate my multiple and specific requests to personalize the mugs for my groomsmen. Not only did they respond promptly with updated sketches (usually within a few days), they also often got back to me on weekends. All told, my mugs were completed and delivered to my door in under 3 weeks from my order (mainly because I requested multiple revisions to the sketches to get them just how I wanted them). The mugs turned out better than I imagined.

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of the Groovy Groomsmen team and this product. It's a spectacular and unique gift for my groomsmen, and the team behind it made the process a breeze. There are more than enough frustrating things about wedding planning, it was nice for something to be effortlessly awesome for once.
