RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We also do not accept products that are intimate (underwear) or sanitary goods, or flammable liquids or gases (lighters). Additional non-returnable items:
No refunds are available on personalized items. PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged because we can not reuse these products. Items without personalization can be returned.
Any merchandise found to have a defect will be replaced with the same product unless a refund is requested. GroovyGroomsmenGifts.com does require the defective merchandise to be returned, and a postage-paid envelope for the return will be included in your replacement shipment.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Cancellations
Once payment is made, this confirms all details of your order. We cannot guarantee any changes can be made once the order is confirmed. This includes personalization selections, text, address, etc.
If you would like to make a change to or cancel an existing order, please contact us via email at support@groovygroomsmengifts.com at anytime or livechat during our business hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If our production team has not begun working on your order, we can make changes to the personalization or cancel your order. Once the production team has started the process of personalizing your item(s) we cannot make changes to or cancel your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please email support@groovygroomsmengifts.com with your return tracking number to ensure we look out for your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will not supply return label for gifts (Return price will be on the customer). Groovy Groomsmen Gifts does not charge a restocking fee for non-personalized gifts that are eligible for refund. Refunds on returned items will be for the product cost only, and shipping costs will not be refunded if the reason for return does not involve damage or incorrectly received items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Sale items will be refunded at the same price that they were purchased.
Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Group Caricature Refund Policy
We will draw up to 3 rough drafts for free, anything more then that may cost extra.
1) If you would like to request a refund before the work starts then you will receive a 100% refund.
2) If we draw up to 3 drafts and your still not satisfied with any of them and would like to request a refund then you'll receive a 75% refund.
2a) Any more than 3 drafts may incur an additional fee
3) After the work is completed and your not satisfied with the art and would like to request a refund then you will receive a 50% refund or we can try to make corrections for you. An extra fee may apply depending on how complex the corrections are. If the drawing needs to be started over from the beginning then a fee of 50% of the total cost will be applied.
All artwork created is for your personal use only and NOT for commercial use (mass produced and/or resold). If you would like to use the created artwork for commercial use then please notify us first. Artwork that will be used for commercial use will cost more than standard prices.

The quality of the product is as described. The customer service is fantastic.
One of the glasses I got was broken. Really wasn’t a big deal to me, it must’ve happened when it got shipped. I reached out and told them about it, I got an email back the same day and they said that they would send me a new one as soon as they could. I got it shortly after.
These guys were great! I needed to mix/match some stuff and requested a font from another set and they were able to make it happen. Not only that, but they were able to get me all the boxes complete and shipped VERY quickly and i had a tight timeline. To boot, I'm a wood worker with a small CNC set-up and have laser capabilities, but I had zero time to be able to source everything and do a DIY thing. I'm super impressed with the quality of products and workmanship. All the groomsmen were blown away by the gifts.... I HIGHLY RECCOMEND...... My husband got this for his groomsmen a few years ago but was silly and didn't get himself one. His friends all loved it and would bring it on group trips and talked about how it's their go to bag. I finally ordered him one so he could enjoy it too!! The bag holds up well and carries lots of stuff! Many of the guys pack for themselves and their wives in just that bag.
