The boxes are nicely made and came very quickly.
The reason it’s 3 stars instead of 5 is that I had also ordered customized flasks, which ultimately never showed up. It was made known that someone had dropped the ball on my order - I was then offered credit on possible replacements but when I inquired about what could be made and arrive in time I never heard back on the options. I then received an email stating we “might be able to get the flasks to me if they can arrive later” but they couldn’t make it to me before the deadline. Ultimately was just left disappointed. The refund came quickly at least.
The products are nice, but my advice would be to stay on top of your order until you receiving shipping confirmation.
I couldn’t have been more happy with this groomsman box. It shipped extremely fast and the quality is top tier. I started with a different company that delivered 4 subpar boxes and and one unacceptable box so this one was a replacement but I wish all 5 boxes were from GroomsDay!
